About this piece: My favorite place/thing about Austin is Barton Springs Pool – an all natural, gorgeous swimming pool that stays ice cold all year round. Part of my morning routine during the warm months is to come here for a dip after a long sunrise bike ride. My day is not the same if it doesn’t begin like this and I wanted to capture how beautiful that experience is.
