About this piece:
This is the third (and largest) swirl drawing I did. I was influenced to play with this color scheme by the late artist out of L.A., Tina St. Claire. I really wanted to explore color and shading with this style on a large scale, as well as to see the effect all of the details create. I chose to use the image of a brain because I liked the winding, twisting components and thought it would work well with my swirly doodles.
